As we continue to develop and employ appropriate measures to ensure the health and safety of all those involved in our continued business operation, we have implemented the following measures…
- In-office hours of operation are 10:00AM to 6:00PM Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shipment processing of all orders will be completed during in-office hours. - Our phone lines are still available during the business hours of 10:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. - We will not accept any WILL CALL/IN-OFFICE Pickup Orders at this time. - You may place orders online, over the phone, or by email. Please refer to the information at the end of this message for contact details. We encourage you to use any of these methods that you are most comfortable with. As a reminder, certain qualified Diamond Club members are entitled to FREE shipment(s) each quarter. We invite you to take advantage of this offering during this time. If you interested in having access to this benefit, let us know.
Please bear in mind that as we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our preferred delivery carrier, all shipments may be affected by the service delays and interruptions experienced by the USPS during this time. We will do our best to get your orders out in a timely matter. All of our shipments come with a tracking number, so please be sure that you have valid email address on file with us that we may send you the information to monitor your package’s progress.
We understand that during this time, our health is an essential quality we must maintain to our utmost, and as such, the products Mighty Dove Global offers assist us in doing so. We encourage you to share these items with your family and friends.
Going forward, we understand the importance of “social distancing” to combat this pandemic; for this reason, we are reformulating how we will host our informative meetings and training sessions. One such method that is currently in the works is creating training videos hosted online that can be viewed anywhere in the world at anytime. Our Chief Science Officer, Dr. Gene Dillague, is developing a few, more relevant video content that will be available shortly. As they become available we will be sending out a general notification.
