A Health Broadcast Seminar is a simple presentation conducted ONLINE. Recent technological advances have allowed us to do a seminar or presentation to our contacts and friends without asking them to travel down to the office.
To have access to the seminar, you just open the email invitation that the webinar organizer sent you and click on the webinar link provided by the organizer. You will be prompted to log in with the password provided in the email. Once you have done that, then you are now able to join a meeting or presentation wherever you are.
We schedule seminars to accommodate our members and their guests schedules. Please allow for a 1-WEEK notice prior to the actual meeting date to ensure that the presenter is available during the specified date and time. This is especially convenient for our out-of-state friends and even those who are in-state (but cannot make to the meetings) to listen in to a presentation and perhaps interact with the presenter.
To enjoy the presentation, a participant can either use his computer speakers and microphones; or he can call the phone number provided in the invitation.
